WACS Worldchefs Honorary Life Membership
'' During a very special ceremony, that took place at Worldchefs Congress 2014 in Stavanger, Norway, Worldchefs was pleased to announce the following persons who received the Worldchefs Honorary Life Membership award, a prestigious honor presented to those who have shown commitment and have undertaken work for the Worldchefs over a period of time.''
The Worldchefs Honorary Life Membership award may only be given to a single person from each Worldchefs national chefs association, making this personal achievement an even greater honor.
By July 2014 only 100 persons in the world out of a total membership of 10 million chefs have had the honor and right to be called an Honorary Life Member of Worldchefs.

Manfred was recently asked to take on the role of
South African Ambassador for the very vibrant COOKART. The main aim of the society is to promote the industry among young people, thinking about or just setting out on a culinary career. Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
Manfred Muellers is Life-Honorary President, and one of the South African founding members, of the Chaîne de Rôtisseurs. He was one of five chefs invited to prepare the inaugural South African chapter dinner, held at Marc Guebert’s restaurant, La Français, in Rosebank on 25 October 1981.
